Low Sodium Turkey Chili

Chili is perhaps one of North America’s favorite main courses in winter months. My mother used to love make a large pot of chili and keep it for a couple days, letting all the flavors blend together. Depending on what part of the world you are from, the ingredients in chili can vary greatly.

Because hamburger meat is so high in sodium, turkey burger is substituted. Also, be aware that many products in chili are also high in sodium. To help reduce the sodium, healthier food choices have been made.
